These terms explain the expected use of PETROLINK CLOUD as a fuel station ERP SaaS platform.

Authorized Use

The platform is intended for legitimate fuel station, fleet, customer credit, inventory, accounting, HR, and reporting workflows.

Accounts and Access

Companies are responsible for managing user access, protecting credentials, and promptly disabling users who should no longer access the system.

Subscriptions

Plan features, modules, limits, billing cycles, renewal dates, and support levels are managed from the Super Admin subscription tools.

Operational Data

Users must review critical entries such as meter closings, payments, purchases, stock, payroll, and financial reports before relying on them for business decisions.
